Why not? It either A) lets out all the frustrations of knowing you have to get up or B) gives you energy to get up if only to stop cursing? At least it does for me.

I'm sure the neighbours would appreciate at least one less morning where I wake up and utter at 5:15 am as loud as I can "M-----f-----!"

LOL - considering my neighbors are behind a thin, uninsulated wall and can probably hear a lot of what I say/do here just as I can hear them, I'd love to shock them someday.

Sometimes I'm too quiet.
