A super soldier hero is given his powers by his government thru genetic research or the like. Since they were your benefactor, you work for them and are a posterboy for your nation. You are more than likely dressed head-to-toe in patriotic symbols and your rallying cry includes your nation's name. Other heroes see you as a leader and you bring down corrupt corporations to keep one powerful entity from taking over the world.

The Good: If something monumental happens, expect your government to jump in with support forces, i.e. national guard or marines. You are working for a rich government and they are doing their best to help you, even though a lot of their hope falls on your shoulders. You have a strong fighting prowess and are highly acrobatic.

The Bad: Sometimes your government isn't as moral as you, but to keep up your pact with them you have to go overseas and do a questionable job. You can also start a world war if you keep other nations from advancing any of their goals, which you can and are many times asked to do.
